# Data Management

The Data Management allows you to Import/Export your Table data (database records) using excel sheet.

* Table Name: Select the table to which you want to perform the import/export action.
* Import Sequence: Allows to Import all the system tables information in an excel sheet.
* Import Center: Allows to import files:

&#x20;      a. Sample Data File: Downloads a sample excel sheet with all the fields of the selected table.

&#x20;      b. Upload: Allows to upload a sample data file with added records.

&#x20;      (Lock Records allows you to lock records from being edited by users after import)

&#x20;      (Execute Rules will execute all application Rules against the Table data being imported)

* Export Center: Allows to Export all the existing records of the selected table.
* In – Progress Jobs: Allows to track an import/export job by displaying Source Name (Table Name), Type (Import/Export), User, Start Time, End Time, Run Time, Status (Completed, Cancel, Error, Saving), Message (Throws message according to the status), Cancel (Allows to cancel an ongoing job).

**Notes:**

* While importing a file, all the required fields must have a value otherwise it will throw an error.
* Carefully insert data in the intended fields.
* While exporting a file, For Linked Table data, the uniqueID of the parent Table will be included in the export file.
