Integrations Allows to add 3rd Party Applications to integrate with tableflow seamlessly.
+ Choose From System Integrations: Allows to Select Integrations which are pre-defined such as: Jira, Google Ads, Salesforce, ADP, CodeBlox, QuickBooks, Square, Google Drive File Share, etc.
Click on Connect to attach any integration to the application.
+Add New Integration: Allows to add a new custom Integrations.
Integration Type: Select an integration type from Api, Digital Ad Service, File Share, Ftp, Mapping Service, Message Service, Payment Service, Smtp.
Integration Name: Allows to set a name for the integration. (Must be unique)
Cancel: Allows to discard all changes and return to previous state.
Save: Save all changes and return to the Integrations Menu.
Review existing Integrations in the Integrations Menu.
Click on the Integration Name to edit an existing Integration.
Click on the edit icon below the Action to edit an existing Integration.
Click on the delete icon below the Action to delete an existing Integration.
There are various Integrations available such as:
1.) Api: Allows to add an API Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under API Config:
API Url: Enter the URL of the API.
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
OpenAPI is URL: If checked, URL can be given for example: Swagger URL, else, can upload document in the OpenApi Filename.
OpenApi Filename: If OpenAPI is URL is checked then enter a URL else upload a file.
Environment: Choose an environment from production and sandbox.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: Select an authorization Type from: Auth 1.0, Auth 2.0, Auth Key, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, Digest Auth, Embed Code, No Auth.
2.) Digital Ad Service: Allows to add a Digital Ad Service Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under Digital Ad Config:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
Digital Ad Provider: Select a Ad Provider from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn.
API Url: Enter the URL of the API.
Environment: Choose an environment from production and sandbox.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: Select an authorization Type from: Auth 1.0, Auth 2.0, Auth Key, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, Digest Auth, Embed Code, No Auth.
3.) File Share: Allows to add a File Share/Drive Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under File Share Configuration:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
Service Provider: Select a Service Provider from AWS Storage Gateway, Azure Fileshare, Box, Drop Box, Google Drive, One Drive.
Url: Enter the URL of the intended drive.
Environment: Choose an environment from production and sandbox.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: Select an authorization Type from: Auth 1.0, Auth 2.0, Auth Key, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, Digest Auth, Embed Code, No Auth.
4.) Ftp: Allows to add a File Transfer Protocol Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under FTP Config:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
Ftp Type: Select from Ftp, Ftps, Sftp.
Server: Enter FTP server.
Port: Enter the Port number of the server.
Timeout: Set a timeout for connection.
Implicit Encryption: Allows to add Encryption.
Active: Allows to temporarily disable the FTP Services.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: By Default, Basic Auth is selected for Ftp Integration. (Cannot be changed)
a. Username: Enter username for the authorization.
b. Password: Enter password for the authorization.
5.) Mapping Service: Allows to add a Map Service Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under Mapping Service Config:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
API Url: Enter the URL of the intended Mapping Service.
Environment: Choose an environment from production and sandbox.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: Select an authorization Type from: Auth 1.0, Auth 2.0, Auth Key, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, Digest Auth, Embed Code, No Auth.
6.) Message Service: Allows to add a Message Service Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under Message Service Config:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
API Url: Enter the URL of the intended Message Service.
Environment: Choose an environment from production and sandbox.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: Select an authorization Type from: Auth 1.0, Auth 2.0, Auth Key, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, Digest Auth, Embed Code, No Auth.
7.) Payment Service: Allows to add a Payment Service Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under Payment Service Config:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
Payment Provider: Select the required Payment Provider from the available options.
API Url: Enter the URL of the intended Mapping Service.
Environment: Choose an environment from production and sandbox.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: Select an authorization Type from: Auth 1.0, Auth 2.0, Auth Key, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, Digest Auth, Embed Code, No Auth.
8.) SMTP: Allows to add a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol Integration to the application.
Integration Type: Displays the selected integration type from the list.
Integration Name: Displays the Name of the Integration.
Under SMTP Config:
Name: Displays the name of the Integration.
Server: Enter SMTP server.
Port: Enter the Port number of the server.
Use SSL/TLS: Check to use the SSL/TLS for establishing encrypted connection.
Display Name: Enter the email address that you want to display when email is send to the receiver.
Under Authorization:
Auth Type: By Default, Basic Auth is selected for SMTP Integration. (Cannot be changed)
a. Username: Enter username for the authorization.
b. Password: Enter password for the authorization.
Below The System Administration: Click on the Username to access following options:
Logout: Allows to logout from the application.
View Profile: Allows users to see personal information such as Email Address, Role, Account ID, Last Login, Trial Expire day left, Active.
Password Reset: Allows to reset the current password of the user and set a new password.
