Templates

The Templates is used to create custom text model. Each template is designed to save the time and effort of repeatable, pre-defined, communications with internal or external customers.

To add a new Template, Select the Templates in the App Tree (left-side panel), click on + Add New Template.

  • Report – Toggle through the Report Table if you want to add a report as a template and select a report from available reports.

  • Trigger Table – (Menu) – It is the primary Table with which the template is associated.

  • Template Name – Enter the Name of the Template. (Must be Unique)

  • Output Type: Select the type of the template output file from HTML/PDF, Flat File Fixed Width, Flat File Delimited.

  • Active – Allows to temporarily disable the template by unchecking it.

  • Cancel - Guides user back to the templates screen.

  • Save - Saves the changes in the templates.

Once the template is saved following screen will appear:

  • Title: Allows to add a Title to the Template.

  • Field Selector: Allows to select field form the trigger table and other related tables.

  • Style Toolbar: Allows to style text, insert images & tables, etc.

  • Cancel: Guides user back to the templates screen.

  • Save - Saves the changes in the templates.

  • Edit Template: Allows to edit the template details.

Review existing Templates in the Templates Menu.

Click on the edit icon below the Action to edit an existing Template Details.

Click on the Template Name to edit the Template.

Click on the delete icon below the Action to delete an existing Template.
